I have closed my subscription plan on 13 January 2021 and raised a refund request. For the last 1 ad a half months I am tired of calling the ACT call center and writing dozens of emails. These people are so ignorant and reckless about refunding the customer's money. I am waiting for my refund for 1.5 months. I request the concerned authorities to take severe action in this and help in getting my refund as early as possible.
