[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — Not Installing the connection but taken money

I have applied for a new connection on 28 July 2020. I have paid 4200 INR initially even before installation. After paying the money none of the members or agents for the ACt Fibernet team has contacted me till now. Its been 10days (6 August 2020). I am trying to reach the helpline number but every time they are disconnecting my call. They have taken my money and not providing the service nor responding to my concerns. Please take relevant action and help me with this.
