[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — not responding to my relocation request | |||
I took Act fiber net connection in the month of August 2017 and used it for 2 years. And my account id:[protected]. Now I shifted to my new house on 1st July 2019. Before shifting, on 30th June 2019 I raised a request for relocation and they confirmed the feasibility on the same day. But till now (12th July 2019 5:47 pm) they didn't respond and resolved my issue. From 30th June, daily I am calling to customer care number ([protected]) to follow up on this but nothing progressed. Now instead of responding to relocation request, they suspended my account for not paying the bill for the month of July. Because of suspension now I can't track my customer care tickets. I am very much dependent on the internet to do my day job and I explained the same thing to the customer care representative every time when I called them. I lost some of my freelance jobs for not responding on time. I have done everything to reach act team and to solve my issue. Nothing helped me and now I am raising a complaint against this. I am trying to downgrade my plan and know about some very weird and stupid bibllings but never able to reach them.
Last month told them to discontinue until we are back from vacation, they said "okay" but never deactivated.
I want them to resolve my case asap.

I live in Bachupally, Hyderabad. I am using the ACT fibernet connection and the
internet outage from 5 days, raised the ticket on the same day. Till now no resolution on the issue. Every day calling to customer care, getting the same answer that to day it will be completed and no other action from ACT.

i want to disconnect my Act connection with immediate effect. i have called the customer support many times and with response, also i have emailed the request to helpdesk.[protected]@actcorp.in and i have got a delivery failure message saying host unknown.
Please disconnect my connection with immediate effect..!!
