Hello,
I initiated reconnection of my act connection (Account number[protected] this tuesday (17th march) and customer service is really horrible. First problem is - i can't reach customer service, second problem is i get a call from them when i send an email asking if the problem is resolved and when i say it is not resolved they promise action and nothing happens.
Yesterday morning i made payment of 7k (6 months + 1 month free plan) thinking that may be the reason, but till now the connection hasn't been restored and i don't know what is the action plan.
Due to covid - we are all compelled to work from home and i don't know if i can wait any longer as internet connection is very much necessary for my work.
I request act to either close my account and refund the amount i have paid or ensure my connection is resumed and everything resolved by 21st march.
