ACT Fibernet — Refund | |
I have opted for new connection from act fibernet in coimbatore on 16-march-2020 and paid for the connection (Rs. 5657) for 6 month subscription on the same day. Even after 2 weeks they have not provided the new connection i call customer care and asked them why the connection was not provided they said due to corona pandemic they are not able to provide the new connection and they told that i will receive a refund. Till now i have not received the refund even after tried to create a service request they keep on closing the ticket without informing me i have already contacted the nodal officer and appealing authority as well but no luck. I have contacted them again on 11 june and reopened the sr[protected] for refund request but again it got closed. Looks like they dont have idea to provide me a refund.
