I applied for new connection and paid the amount through the link and since port is not available they asked me to wait for 10 days. Even after 10 days they couldn’t able to resolve the issue so I raised for cancellation and request for refund. It’s been 3 weeks still no response and haven’t received the refund. Poor customer service when we tried calling them they are disconnecting it. Need my refund back. Attached the request no
