Sir, I sought for ACT internet facility and the Engineer instructed me to make online payment for 6 months rental of Rs 7498 without checking feasibility of installation. Later the Technical department mentioned that installation cannot be done in my building. I reached out to them for refund. It has been over a month now and have still not received refund.
