[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — Refund not received for new connection which was not given

Hi have been following up with ACT customer care from last one month. They have to refund my money which was taken for new connection, But connection is not given stating its not feasible. I have sent multiple emails with my correct bank details where i need the money back. But no one gets back from ACT.
