On 25th of nov i paid act a sum of rs 3750 for 3 months internet plan …. And the act guy came home for installation and went without installing and on 4th of dec the guy came and he too went without installing the wifi router and same happned on 6th dec.
Later the act guy said they will refund the amount as there are no servers in my area in bangalore and they are delaying the process and making me wait for such a long time to refund my money

refund request is registered with Ref SR[protected] of 3 dec and today is 9th and they said within 48 days they will resolve but till today ie 9th dec I am still waiting
