Internet is not working from past 25days, when called customer care and asked for ticket status they said it’s closed, we raised 4 tickets after that. All closed without resolution. When called ACT manager he spoke VERY RUDELY, asking us to send email to ACT CEO.
I m currently using 6 months plan, they are saying no option we must complete 6 months even though it is not working. No refund
