[Resolved]  ACT Fibernet — SR[protected] re-opened many times but no resolution

I am looking for permanent disconnection, but there is excess credit in my account which I would like to use after few months when I re-connect.

I tried calling the ACT customer care many times, but they make me waiting long time in the line saying that they are transferring to disconnection team, I finally got dropped.

Past few days I have been calling them, Satish from the disconnection team is not agreeing to the above and he says the excess credit amount will lapse and the ACT will take the amount. So he said only option is to use the connection now, but I have said I want to permanent disconnection now. Maybe after few months I'll re-connect

I then sent a mail to appellate.[protected] and they confirmed that the credit can be utilized on the time of reconnection.

Sir, Past 4-5 days I am following up, but they are not picking the calls, making me wait indefinitely.

I had been calling for more than 45 days by now, you can see how many times the SR[protected] was re-opened.

Kindly coordinate with the disconnection team and disconnect permanently. I would like to use the credit after few months.
