[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — swindling money | |||||
I've been using this fibernet connection for 3+ yrs now. Recently i shifted my house and requested for a relocation of connection. I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks now, they have not given me connection yet. Every time i call up customer care, i get a new ticket number, because each ticket is closed automatically after 3 days. Finally i decided to exit from this hassle. So i raised a request to disconnect and refund my money, since i've paid money in advance for 6months. They said, they don't have the policy of refunding money. Anytime in future if i decide to avail their service, i can use that money. Now, neither i have a connection nor my money. My last ticket no is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||
