ACT Fibernet — Taken money not provided service for 10 out of 20 days and not refunding | |||
They charged me 4241 INR for a 6 month connection. But in the first 20 days there was no internet for nearly 10 days. I had to make numerous calls and emails but to no avail. They would put me on hold, promise me ticket is escalated but in the end there was no service provided. All complaints made to the appellate authority of Act also went ignored. So I asked them if they are not capable of providing regular service they should refund. They agreed to refund but it is 21 days since and I have not received a single penny. Customer Care agrees they are unable to provide service so why are they holding on to my money? I have not faced such harassment from anyone so far and it affected my work so much I am into anxiety medication now. I have recorded the fraudulent way they set their apparatus that every consumer gets a disconnect twice or thrice a month and loses internet for nearly 4 to 5 days a month. They made me give my bank details thrice already to refund me my amount but I have not received the refund. Their advice says the refund should reach my bank in 7 working days and that has not happened. In all their advices on phone, in person or via email they have only lied, cheated and defrauded me of my money, my time and my health. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

Then when I asked for Refund, I was asked to share Bank details THRICE already.
Every time i get assurance on phone and email and sms that it will be paid in 5-7 working days.
This is the THIRD TIME, 2nd after raising it on consumer forum where their agents said they will look into the matter.
Then they constantly call me asking me to take the complaint back but cannot assure of 100% service.
Still after more than a month, there is NO REFUND.
And complete silence. See their last email about payment. Please add it as evidence.
