I have taken the ACT broadband connection in the 1st week of September 2020. I have initiated shifting request on 17th Nov 2020.
Act team visited the new house on 21st Nov and since there was no permission to drill the wall for the new 8 port box, they went back. On 23rd, when I spoke to Mr. Kiran Kumar, he told Retention team will get back which is a lie, no one got back.
On 23rd, in my neighbour's building, I saw one Act box was already present and I have taken permission from them to install another new box in that building and updated this over customer care.
From 23rd Nov, I have called and requested Customer care around 10-15 times and they say they will send the technician for installation. But, Mr. Kiran Kumar who is the in charge for my relocation is not at all picking my phone calls even though I am trying 20-30 times from 1 week and no one from Act team is responding. I am totally helpless without the Broadband connection and I need to Work from home.
