[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — very poor service and no internet from more then 48 hours | |||
I have act fiber connection having a fast connection speed But the internet pops an error everytime " no internet access and everytime i raise a complaint, it will be immedialtely closed without any updates. The connection drops very frequently and when its up its dead slow. My mobile data works faster than act. Whenever we call they say its fiber optic cable it will resolved asap. But never they turn up and their service is pathetic, i never ever recommend act to any business users. We have store and all my machines has been centralized, i cant use any and cant operate my billing and business because of act. Act is not considering the issues & customers seriously...
