ACT Fibernet — Whenever I call they aren't responding

[tirupati]i've applied for a new connection on 8, sep. After 5 days feasibility team reached and concluded that they have to install new cx box. My biggest mistake is paying advance 6months without knowing that they will install or not! Superfine days are going so well that it passed 15 dys. Till now they've not installed connection. They just arranged a wire to the premises that's it. Whenever i call they aren't responding, even though i've lodged a complaint through customer care. Is this the good way of serving the customers??
