[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — I applied for refund but still not received | |||
My ticket no - [protected] was applied on 22nd march 2018. They dint install, i waited till 26th i was calling nikhil james but did not respond. I called customer care not got installed. I asked for refund on march 29 th 2018 but till now they have not refunded my amount. My name mahindra reddy c v. Residing in nal layout, no 5, jayanagar 4 t block, bangalore. My mobile no [protected]. Everytime i call they are telling 2 days. But already 21 days. According to them the told 7 to 15 days. They have not refunded till now. Was this information helpful? | |||

We r calling beam portal customer care they r not responding and they r putting on hold for long time and how should we past our complaints to your beam service please note nd its so pastly i had complaints but this guys r not responding
