I'm an existing act account user for 3 years.
I have raised service request sr[protected] on 12th march 2020 for gx device installation for separate network connection in my premises.
I have done the payment on 14th march 2020 for the same.

19th march 2020 was provided as due date for completing the setup.
But till now (25th march 2020), installation was not completed and waiting for internet connection.
On making multiple calls to customer care everyday, i was getting the same response as "your issue escalated to next authority level and give us 24 hrs to resolve the issue. We will make sure the field technician to give you a call back". But got no call back from anyone. Feeling frustrated as im managing my work from home with the mobile network i have.
