[Resolved] ACT Fibernet — internet issues occurring persistently | |||
Dear team, I am really upset with the way act is working, because, you people send reminders so judiciously, demanding customers to pay bill on time, but you are failing to provide quality service. Every month i am losing 2 days of internet because of lack of connectivity. Its really painful to experience such things. None of your customer executives are taking calls in your so called customer care number. Its high time people, should start knowing your quality of service and how prompt you people are in resolving issues and purposely bringing issues to customers by cheating them.
