Act — New connection not provided after 18 days

The issue that i have experienced was: i have booked my new connection on 16th june 2020 with payment of rs.8000 (Aprox), and still awaiting for the connection till date, today 2nd july 2020, almost 18 days.
Wrote lot of email to help desk and nodal officer, but there was no response on the time commitment. Even called the call center also no response they standard dialogue "we will escalate to the higher level", 3 times they have escalated but the higher official is napping at office it seems.
Absolutely no response and act is cheating the public by getting there money and enjoying the bank interest.
The sales guys is helpless and now a days he is not even picking up the call.
Is anybody is there to respond for the above query, do provide the connection asap.
