Dear Sir,
I am residents of Kajupada area, with my wife and only children. I am the only bread earner of my family and very badly affected due to this Covid pandemic. I am living in 1 RK room with very limited light appliances, i dont have AC or Fridge or any washing machines which are generally consumes more energy. Still, my light bill for this month I received is too high. It would be really great if you please look into this matter and help me in positive manner.
