During corona time I had don't pay electricity bill so that resin they cutting my electricity connection but after sometime I had pay my electricity bill and apply for Recarection or connection but the come and see my meter cabin but not connecting my electricity connection or meter I had pay my bill I have a prove

My electricity got cut off yesterday around 3pm. And after knowing immediately made the payment as i was not aware and my mother who is a senior citizen stays at the house all alone. I requested the customer care agent to get it electricity fixed asap as my mother is a senior citizen and an asthma patient and he assured me that he will take this case as an emergency and get it fixed. After called 5-6 times the repeated the same thing. And lastly they said the office is closed they can’t do it today but tomorrow. But no electricity since morning.And when i called today the lady on the customer care called me ‘aurat satak gayi hai’. This is unacceptable and will file a case against adani for false commitments and misbehaviour.

This time we have received units consumption even though the house was vacant and mains switched off.
Before coming to any conclusion, I requested Adani Helpdesk to look into this.
They said show me vacant premise certificate. I don't know what it means. Also for last several days to better understand the issue if there's any external theft of electricity I have been requesting them to share a photo of the meter reading. So that I can come to some conclusion.
They are just not responding.
Despite several mails they are not responding. Disappointing experience.

I have just started living in a Leave and Licence premises in Andheri West for the past one month. When I found the Electricity Bill inserted in the door, I paid it. But I was not supposed to pay it, the landlord was supposed to pay it and I was supposed to give her cash in her hand. I had not read the lease agreement carefully to know this. The landlord refuses to count this as credit to my name as she has an automatic bill payment system...

I paid the electricity bill of Rs 6810 through Amazon on 9th September still it is showing not paid and asking me to pay the remaining bill in the next month.

Kindly resolve this at the earliest and send me the updated bill.

We had a short curcuit at our house & called the eletrician.He observed

Main fuse burnt .to do meter wiring .He asked us to complain the same to you.would like you to look into the same & resolve the same at the earliest.
