Adani Electricity — Complain on due date

This is to bring to your attention that I have 2 electricity due dates for the month of August. The first was on 2nd August 2021 and the next one is on the 31st August 2021. Irrespective of what your company policy is, it is impossible for common man to pay a bill twice in the same month. I called your customer service they refused to register my complain, and said they could not transfer the call to the supervisor as well. I was told I cannot change the billing date or due date as well. I get paid on the 1st working day of the month, if I do not pay the bill you will charge me a fine.
I think the person who id do the reading should be smart enough to calculate the date and do the meter reading accordingly. I find it completely unethical for a company to charge fines to people for no fault of ours during the pandemic where people have lost jobs. I hope you take some action and help your customers
