[Resolved] Adani Gas — My gas connection disconnect without my permission | |||
Hi I'm customer of adani gas customer id is [protected] and I have already paid bill of remain amount of bill and my house is closed because covid 19 period so this problem was created now I have paid all the bill and I not l will not paid desconect charges rs 590 please wever for this amount because of not a my foult because my mail id and mobile number also desconected so I will not to paid this amount please do needful and halp for this unnessesury charges.. Verified Support Feb 23, 2021 Adani Gas Customer Care's response Dear Sir, Ref - CI ID - [protected] We deeply regret for any unintentional inconveniences, as per updates the gas supply was already restored at your premises. Also to brief you that with automated billing system if the payment against two consecutive invoices remains due after due date then said connection is liable for disconnection. As there are no supporting grounds for hence we regret our inability for waiver of any charges. Also kindly update your mobile number and E-mail id for SMS alert and e-invoice facility through customer care. Alternatively suggest to download Adani Gas mobile application for timely updates regarding invoices raised and payments received with many other services at your fingertips.
