I have been customer with scheme named "Adani Pratham" since Feb 2013 & it's been really very difficult to deal with local employees of Adani group. It took one year for them to answer on Agreement to Sale. They do not have protocols or guidelines for customer satisfaction. Their sales officers book flats with fake commitments. They include criterias of hidden costs and inappropriate construction period in "Agreement to sale'. They still do not have actual possession date and also avoid documentation or correspondence regarding it.Though I am still trying to solve issue internally through their senior officials, it may be required in future to report along with supporting documents to district consumer forum. Sales officers keep passing responsibilities to one another. Their staff is not properly trained. The toll free no. does not get transfered to operator if you choose option for existing customer through IVR. The only official available at their construction site to attend customer is security guard. They keep on changing e-mail address prefered for correspondence and do not have sufficient staff to respond back.
