Adecco — pf transfer

Hello team,
I raised a request for transfer of pf account from my previous firm pybom[protected] that is adecco to my current firm deloitte aphyd[protected] on[protected]. After that i didn't check. When i checked quite a some time back its not reflecting in my uan passbook. Could you check this below mentioned claim and help me with the process.

Also am not able to see the adecco pf number in my uan site. So am unable to raise a request to transfer online as well.
Could you help e with the process for either trasnfer or claim it
