Adfc Pvt Ltd — pf application form not forwarded to pf office

I would like to bring this in notice that after submitting pf application around 25 days back, my application is not forwarded to pf office yet and no one is responding to my calls.

I request you kindly take appropriate action against responsible persons.

This is with reference to your grievance registered vide registration number rotha/e/2017/04697.
It is informed that after processing your grievance, the following action (S) has been taken:
Sir, with reference to your grievance no. Rotha/e/2017/04697 it is intimated that, above mentioned epfo subscriber no. Claim form not received by this office (Epfo, thane) till date, you are requested to submit the same submitted through your employer for further necessary action with supporting documents such as aadhar card, pan card and cancelled cheque. Meanwhile establishment has also been informed for forwarding members epf/eps application if any. Please submit your feed back as excellent or very good if you are satisfied. If not for let us know we would be happy to help you.

Therefore, we are closing your grievance from this office. Please quote the same in your future correspondence
