Adidas — Adidas has not refunded my amount

This is regarding order #AIN01223799
I placed an order for a pair of shoes, which I returned. The payment was made cash on delivery. Pick up process is completed and I got a mail on 14 August 2022 stating that I will get the refund within 7 days.
Till date (22/08/2022), the refund has not been initiated. The customer support lines are always engaged and I did not get any response to my emails. The value of the returned product was Rs 2520.22
