I ordered shoe online from adidas.co.in on 17th Oct 2022 11.38pm. Price was Rs 1632/-.
Payment failed promoted yet there was an SMS from Canada bank regarding amount debit at same time.
So payment failed yet there was deduction of money from bank account.

    I ordered 3 t-shirts of adidas on 26th September 2022. Unfortunately I had to return it due to size issue. Got a text saying that the refund is proceed and will be credited within 7 days. Also got email mentioning that the return has been completed and the money will be credited within 14 days on 7th October 2022. Since I had paid by method of COD, I should have already received an email asking for my bank details but no email as such till today which is the 16th of October 2022. I tried emailing and calling them on the customer care number but says busy.
    My order ID is AIN01678778

    Please help me solve this issue.

    I called them many times and FINALLY !!! they picked up and they sent me a mail regarding the same. and now it will take more 14 days and i am again disappointed but from now onwards i wont purchase things from adidas. Nike, Reebok and other shoe brands really implement their efforts in these issues.

        On October 15th, I made an order on the Adidas Android App at 12:08 PM IST.

        I paid online using a debit card and the money has been deducted from my account. But it says payment failed/ error on the app and I did not receive any confirmation mail/message regarding the order.

        Thus, I shall need a refund for this. Please take a look into this matter asap and help with placing the order.

            On October 10th and 11th, I made an order on the Adidas India Website (https://www.adidas.co.in/) at 12:54 PM IST.

            I paid online using a debit card and the money has been deducted twice from my account. But it says payment failed on the website and I did not receive any confirmation mail/message regarding the order.

            Thus, I shall need a refund for this.

              I paid online using a debit card and the money has been deducted from my account. But it says payment failed/ error on the app and I did not receive any confirmation mail/message regarding the order.

                Tried to place the order again in the evening using the debit card. But this time i tried it via the Adidas android app. It said there was a problem placing the order. But again the money was deducted from my account.

                Would need refund of both transactions now.

                    I have ordered one men hoodie from https://www.adidas.co.in/ on 30/09/2022. I used debit card o[censored]nion Bank of India for paying but after payment it says " PAYMENT FAILED Your payment was refused. Please try again using an alternative card or payment method." But money has been deducted from my account.

                    I bought an Adidas shoes of Rs.6119 and returned then due to size issue .the shoes were picked and it shows returned but money is not refunded even after 10 days.

                      I ordered a pair of adidas shoe on 25 Aug 2022. Unfortunately I had to return it due to size issue. Got a text on 8 September 2022 saying that the refund is proceed and will be credited within 7 days.                       Finally my refund has been completed. I doubt if i haven't complaint about the issue here in this platform, I wouldn't have gotten it. After i had initiated the complain, i got an email asking for my bank details after few days. Than finally got the refund today i.e. 3/10/22

                        I brought an adidas tensaur 11k shoe on 14th August 2022. Since it was my first time I didn't know (k) was meant for kids so I gave for a refund they took the shoe and didn't send any refund. The original adidas website is a scam website. Don't buy anything from the website don't get scammed
                        Bought adidas predator boots for my 16 yo son and after just four games both feet are ripped at the big toes.

                            I'm writing this in regard a refund amount of Rs7999 for a returned product. The order Id is AIN01078941 It has been almost two months since I've returned the product and has been received at your end from a very long time. I've been contacting adidas customer service every second day complaining and asking about the status of my refund and I'm sorry to say that the customer service is pathetic and has been more a torture for me to call on daily basis and listen to their helplessness. I hope this mail won't go in vain like my previous attempts. I hope you won't suggest me to wait for few days and make me reach you out again which at last will result in a dissatisfied customer hating Adidas. I've been a loyal customer to adidas and it's very unfortunate that your customer service is making me go through this ****

                              I ordered a running belt worth Rs. 2499 through cash on delivery from Adidas but i wasn't satisfied with it so i returned it but it's been several days and Adidas has not responded. I order the running belt on 4th of September and today is 20 September and they haven't even contacted me once. I have mailed their customer support too but they haven't responded either !!

                                  I have returned my product from 2 months. And i dint recieve my refund. No one is updating me .. they are just pending it or fooling me.. nd not giving me my money back.. no brand no website takes 2 months to refund.. this is my worsttt experience everr. The product is with them.. they have the records of returns than y m i here begging for my own money from two months ???

                                    I purchased ultraboost shoes from flipkart about 2 months back but i see a burning sensation while wearing them. I see a burning sensation in my feet while wearing them. I wear white asics shoe as well as sketchers shoe but dont see the burning sensation.
                                    Can you update me on the anomaly raised as this depicts a quality issue
