I ordered a pair of adidas shoe on 25 Aug 2022. Unfortunately I had to return it due to size issue. Got a text on 8 September 2022 saying that the refund is proceed and will be credited within 7 days. Also got email mentioning that the return has been completed and the money will be credited within 14 days. Since i paid by means of COD i should have already received an email asking for my bank details but no email as such till today which is the 28th of September 2022. I tried emailing and calling them on the customer care number but says busy.

Please help me solve this issue.

Complaint marked as Resolved Finally my refund has been completed. I doubt if i haven't complaint about the issue here in this platform, I wouldn't have gotten it. After i had initiated the complain, i got an email asking for my bank details after few days. Than finally got the refund today i.e. 3/10/22
paid online using a debit card and the money has been deducted from my account. But it says payment failed on the app and I did not receive any confirmation mail/message regarding the order.
Thus, I shall need a refund for this.
