I have purchased a pair of chappal from Gupta shoes, ambala cantonment on 14 May 2020 for an amount of rupees 1349/-. The chappal has got damaged and sole has been removed within 2/3 months of time with a minimum use by me. Pl forward your suitable response and replacement procedure.
