Adidas — I have to return my shoes I'm having a lot of trouble

I have bought a pair of shoes for 1499 the size is not ok so i need to return it but in your website [adidas.co.in] it is showing that your order in process but i hv recieved it so how do i return my order now please have a look on this glitch on your website and return my order asap
