I had ordered MANCHESTER UNITED TEAMGEIST WOVEN JACKET (L- SIZE) mid April and got it delivered on 25th of April. After checking the size, it was not fitting, so I initiated the return process through my adidas IOS app. On 30th April 2022, Blue dart picked up my return product. It's 4th of May today and there is not a single update of my return reception by adidas warehouse. Please help me as I had done cash on delivery and paid Rs. 6459.15 /- which I don't want to loose. please look into this on priority. The adidas customer care helpline is totally useless as I tried calling and for hours, no one would pick up the call. Return status on the adidas app: Return started, nothing else since 4 days.
When I checked on https://adidas.clickpost.in/reverse?waybill=[protected], Last Update shows Returned on 4th May, 11:32am. However on the adidas IOS app, I don't get any updates.
My adidas IOS app is logged in through the IOS email and I am not able to change it to my Gmail (siddhesh.[protected]@gmail) as I don't receive any emails on the Email: [protected]@privaterelay.appleid.com which gets auto generated as a private one.
I request you to please get my return status and my refund as soon as possible.
