Adidas — Not received my refund on a Adidas product

I had returned my Adidas shoes and had received a email on 2nd August 2022 saying my refund will b processed shorty.
I had paid via cash on delivery.
I have been trying to contact the customer care services of Adidas to help me with the refund, but didn't receive any response
