Adidas — Online Payment made via Debit Card but order not confirmed on Adidas India Website

On October 24th, 2022, I made an order on the Adidas India Website (https://www.adidas.co.in/) at 13:32 PM IST.

I paid online using a debit card and the money has been deducted from my account. But it says payment failed on the website and I did not receive any confirmation mail/message regarding the order.

Thus, I shall need a refund for this.
