I placed an online order on 24 th october on adidas.co.in's site.I entered my card details and I submitted the otp as well.The amount has been debited from my account but when the payment gateway redirected to the adidas' site, it intimated me that the payment was failed/refused and hence the order couldn't be placed.I haven't got the refund yet as well.Please look into this issue at the earliest and initiate my refund.
