Account details sent via email on 27/03/2022 that too initiative taken from my side for the refund. Tried contacting customer care for several times where i could speak to them only twice.
Customer care experience has been the worst when compared to any other brands. This is highly not acceptable from adidas and it is high level of irresponsibility shown towards customer
Customer care executive does not even respond to calls as it is always busy.
So this makes no sense to have customer care portal.
Never expected this to happen with your team
I have also sent mails to service team of adidas well i did get the response only for two emails and that is all.
I would really need my refund with few days as you know it is not a small amount
I hope there need not be any kind of escalation from my side
