This is regarding order #AIN0104100.
I placed an order on 4/07/22 for a pair of shoes, which I returned. The payment was made via cash online mode. The return received by the company and I got a mail stating that return was received by company on 31/07/22 and refund has been initiated on 01/08/2022 after providing my bank details.
Till date 11/08/22, the refund has not been initiated. The customer support lines are always engaged and I did not get any response to my emails. The value of the returned product was ₹1649.50.
