Adidas — Refund not yet recieved , customer care doesn't respond

I had ordered a pair of shoes, which were smaller so I had returned the same. Upon which I received a message that the refund was initiated. It's been over a month now.. and I've not received anything. This wait is quite unpleasant and tiresome.
