I had ordered 2 jackets from Adidas and one of them had a sizing issue while the other jacket came damaged along with the packaging, so I decided to return it on the 26th of June.After that i had even filled the refund form 2 times and have contacted the customer care service several times now.Still they tell me that the issue has been forwarded to their finance team and just give us an unsatisfactory response.It has been more that 3-4 weeks still the company hasn't been able to refund my total money of the two orders.Inspite of my product passing the quality check too.
The order numbers are AIN00892984 and AIN00892968.
This was not expected from such an esteemed brand like Adidas
