This has reference to the order number AIN01251365, delivered on 14.08.2022, which I want to return due to the fit issue and initiated return on 23.08.2022.
As I want to change pick up address wish to cancel return and re initiated the return.
In this regard, during the pick up by agent, it was requested to cancel the return, the same was cancelled by the agent, but the same is not updated in the Adidas website for initiate the new return. And the same issue was raised on 25.08.2022 to [protected]@onlineshop.adidas.co.in and I was informed that, issue will be resolved in 4 days. How ever, even after the lapse of 13 days and several mails the same is yet to be resolved.
