[Resolved]  Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital — called 70 year old lady for angiography at 8:00 and never called for procedure till 4.00pm

Called 70 year old lady for angiography at 8:00 am and never called for procedure till 4.00pm.

She was told to be on fasting since 7.30am and till now she didn't had any thing.

We understand they have to give preference to emergency patients but they could have informed us for postponing the procedure which is fine
but keeping 70 year old person waiting for so long is not a good idea
