I'm kodipyaka sai kiran. My date of birth is xx/xx/xxxx. My father's name is [removed] and mother's name is [removed] . My aadhar no. Is [removed].
I made a upi transfer of amount rs. 200/- on 30/05/2018. It's transaction id is "ab246035". The amount was deducted but it wasn't credited. So, i spoke to one of your customer service representative. She told me, it will be reflected. And the amount rs.200 (Tran id : ab998772) reflected in set off balance (I. E., lean balance) on 31/05/2018.
I was unable to transfer that money from set off balance to savings account. So, i given a complaint on that problem. On 01/06/2018, the amount rs.200 (Tran id : ab2016841) is debited from set off balance, but not credited to my savings account.
So, i'm constantly consulting customer service representatives and they told me it will be reversed back on 18/05/2018. And today, the date is 21/05/2018. The amount is not reversed back. And yesterday the same story happened with rs.125 (Tran id : m62928) on 20/06/2018. So, my total amount is rs. 325 struck in your bank.
I want my money back. I'm going to uninstall the app and not willing to use agbp account. I'm tired o[censored]sing it and giving complaints again and again. I pity on your banking services.
