I have purchased aditya birla health insurance on 28th nov 2017. Even after 10days of purchasing policy, i haven’t received the hard copy or softcopy. So, i have requested to the customer care to resend the policy document, and i got to know that my email id was wrong on the policy document. So, i made a service request for changing the email address change dated 12/6/17 service req id :cas-24662-n6j9p4.
After few days, i received a message stating your service request is resolved now, but while registering on aditya birla health website, i’m still getting my wrong email address. Again, i made service request dated 13th dec 17, service id cas-26551-d0w0n5.
On 29 th dec 2017, when i havnt received any update on the service id cas-26551-d0w0n5, i mailed to aditiya birla customer care, they call to me after 7 days after sending repeated email. We have discussed ant they have given surety that they will resolve it in a week but i haven’t received any response from their side.
On jan 18th, i again emailed to them regarding email id change request, again i got a new service request no cas-41082-y3g5k6 for the same.
On 5th feb received a call, they have told me that they have resolved it and you have login or reset the password. As i don’t know the password so, i have to reset it. While entering the new password and confirmation password, it was showing “password policy failed” in spite of entering the password as per their password policy. So, he told me that he will look onto this issue and he will call me back in a 2 hours and i’m still waiting for the call.
Today 07th feb, i’m still unable to register even after more 2 months of purchasing. I don’t know how long it will take to resolve and how many bugs are there on their website as i can’t able to change password.
