While contacting the adobe chat team, they are telling me they will arrange a call back from their senior side for resolving my issue. now more than 5 months over still our issue not yet fixed. we are paying the monthly amount for 2 accounts around Rs.3500 *2 .we can not use the system and service properly due to a hanging issue with adobe software, we already take confirmation from the hardware section of the dell team. we have the same configuration as two systems. with around 3 lack we have spent on purchasing. as promised from adobe there is no callback and assistance yet. every time they are telling will be done on Monday for more than 3 or 4 weeks I'm waiting for a callback.
