I want to purchase adult toys from online. So i get a whatsapp number for sales man he send me a product detail and payment link of paypal.com. I have done payment 21700. He telling me you receive your product after 3 hr of payment by courier boy. I am waiting 2 days. Now courier boy not pick phone and sales man also not answering the phone and whtsapp. Can i complain to police or not? Pls suggest me. This is a fraud company.
