Advaith Motors — Bought grand i10 without HSRP

I bought a Grandi10 last year in May 2019 from Advaith Hyundai car showroom, Bellandur and got the delivery on 18th May 2019. Mr. Bittu Nair was coordinating with us for the delivery. Registration Number : KA03 NE 8306

On 4th December 2020, I got to know from "https://parivahan.gov.in/parivahan//en/content/high-security-registration-plate...⇄ that any vehicle which was purchased on or after April 2019 should have the HSRP (i.e. High Security Registration Plates). However, we got the simple number plate which is not valid as per the new rule.

I called advaith showroom, Bellandur, Bangalore on 5th December 2020 but the representative was rude and told he does not have any information. I have sent out an email to [protected]@advaithhyundai.com but didn't get reply. Also, I have whatsapp Mr. BIttu Nair but didn't get any response from him.
