To whom so ever it may concern.
I would like to narrate my very bad and sad experience with your so-called professionals who i had interacted with them during my consultation for my hair treatment.
Due to various adds and other resources i came to know about your reputed company AHS, which made me excited to visit personally for consultation from your hair Expert Mr. Nived Narayanan at Bangalore Branch on 27/11/22 with prior appointment.
After Reaching your studio i was attended immediately by your front office staff and within 5 mins are so i was attended by Mr. Nived Narayanan and we had a good brief good discussion about my hair problem and treatment as well, he was kind enough to answer all my queries.
I was happy about the treatment and without any other second thought or discussing with my family straight away i decided to go for treatment as advised by Mr Nivedh for cosmetic hair treatment and made 50% advance payment through my credit card on 27/11/22 for a sum of Rs. 77500.
They made me to sign certain documents after the payment was done, i assumed the documents may be related to treatment and i signed on those papers having trust on your company thinking nothing would go wrong as you are Reputed company in the world. Till this incidence everything went on smoothly.
While going back home I was recollecting about the treatment plan which was offered by Mr. Nivedh and reoccurring financial constrains every year and after a brief discussion with my family members about this, they objected me to get the treatment done because it was causing us very expensive and yearly maintenance cost was not in our range.
Keeping this in mind the next day 1st thing in the morning I had called your studio to cancel my treatment and to inform Mr. Nivedh about this, they said they will inform Mr. Nivedh to call me back after few hrs, may be around 11.00 am I received a call from Mr. Nivedh and I explained him the scenario for my cancellation for the treatment for which he said he will suggest me alternate treatment for a hair transplantation and gave me hopes of getting the treatment done at the same cost which I will pay for the strand by strand cosmetic procedure and he convinced me talk to the expert and then to take a final call about hair transplantation, as he said after few days on 07th December he had arranged a video call with Dr. Bhat and after speaking to him I had committed for a date for transplantation but as per Dr Bhat he said the result after transplantation would be around 70 to 90 % of success and their won't be full density provided and more over the total cost was not in my range as it was crossing more than 2 lakhs.
Keeping all this in my mind I decided not to go for a transplant as well as I was already committed with lot of financial constrains at the moment.
On 8th December I got a message from your studio from Mr. Nivedh regarding finalizing the dates for surgery, during that time I conveyed him regarding my non willingness to get the treatment and requested him for a refund of my advance payment which was made on 27/11/22.
Mr. Nivedh stated saying he can't refund the money as it is a company policy as I have signed the company documents and was forcing me to get the treatment done irrespective of my non willingness to get it done, he was not in a position to listen to me about my financial constraints, my question to him was during taking the signature on the documents if it was related to terms and conditions of the company regarding payment polices why Mr. Nivedh or the front office executive did not explained me verbally, if they had informed me about non refunding policy at the time of payment, I would have gone home and after discussing with my family I would have taken the decision, I agree I being educated I should have asked or read myself clearly to understand about the document, but my only mistake was the kind of trust I had on your company's reputation made me sign on those papers assuming those documents signed by me will be related to my Hair treatment and did not even dreamt it would be regarding financial policy paper.
I have never come across any institutions or companies taking signature on documents related to finance policy without explaining to their customers about the terms and conditions about the payment method. This shows lack of negligence from your team, when they can explain so well about the treatment plan why not about the payment terms and conditions ? This is called TRAP. Real professionals never do this.
We are just lay people we go by the reputation and company standards keeping in my mind that we don’t get cheated.
I am just asking Mr. Nivedh to give me justification about why he or his front office staff did not utter one word about explaining me about what papers they were getting my signature, in spite of my request he was repeatedly saying me he is only an employee he can't do anything about the refund and was insisting me to get the treatment done or to forget about my money what I have paid.
After consulting with Mr. Nivedh I got the confidence on your reputed company I made the payment without any second thought, now when I am asking for refund, he states he is just an employee, and he is not allowing me to contact the higher authorities are willing to take the discussion further.
Only a person who is sincere and honest will know the value of hard-earned money, I also informed him so for whatever consultations and communications I had, to charge me and rest to refund but he is so adamant to listen to me and not answering to my messages on whats app..
It is really surprising for me to know a worlds reputed company stands only for money and not for humanity.
Every individual has their own sentiments about their life decisions anytime anybody can change their thought. I am just sharing my feelings because I am very much upset and got hurt by the way your team members deal with our emotions.
I totally agree that I came there to get complete solution for my hair problem but after going through several consultations and thinking about the long-term financial burden I made up mind not to proceed further as I can't afford the treatment. It is up to the customer to decide what he needs to do, you should never force us. The money what I paid was an advance payment.
I too work in a very well-known reputed hospital for last two decades, but our policy is purely based on patients' decision and sentiments on getting the treatment done on their willingness, only if they are mentally prepared and we don’t force them to get it done as an option, It is purely their choice.
Hope you will understand what kind of agony I am going through at the moment.
I am enclosing the bill copies and quotation copies for your reference wherein I have not signed on client signature column.
I will be really grateful to your company to consider my above request and do the needful on humanitarian grounds. Kindly stand in my shoes and think what I am going through at the moment.
