Hi - i placed an order for a cosmetic product in january. I was committed that i will get my custom solution in 3-4 months. I was charged full amount in advance,

Even with consistent follow ups, the product arrived late. The regional head was rude and unreasonable whenever i tried to follow up.

It has been more than 5 months. After religious follow up they told me that the product is here. However, it is nothing that was promised for 2.6 lakhs,

- an ill-fitted product
- bad service
- no refund
- no solution.

Please help as soon as possible
