Adviser Street — nuisance created by stray dogs in phase 11

I am a resident of phase 11, mohali. Our whole society is getting troubled because of bunch of street dogs in our residential area which keeps on barking whole night making it impossible to sleep after all day work and scatter stool and urine on streets making them unhygienic. This is my humble request to the department to please do the needful
