Adyar Ananda Bhavan — employee rude behaviour | |||
I have made a bulk order for my organisation, i paid the required advance amount a day before and at the time to pick up my order i have spoken with an employee in the billing & cash counter in order to pay the remaining amount. When i am asking him that he is saying like contact the person whom you gave order i am not responsible for your order. I said to him you are an employee here if you are not the right person ask your supervisor or manager whomever is responsible for this and direct him to me but he is saying this is not important to me if you want food you contact manager or supervisor and tell him i dont know about that. Again i told him sir your are an employee who knows about the hotel please call the concerned person and let me pay the amount and take my order but he left the place behaving like i am not there.
